incid{\^e}ncia de casos de Leishmaniose Tegumentar Americana
(LTA), sendo transmitida por vetores e condicionada as
condi{\c{c}}{\~o}es ambientais favor{\'a}veis. O objetivo deste
estudo {\'e} analisar o uso e cobertura do solo e a
transmiss{\~a}o da LTA, no per{\'{\i}}odo de 2010 a 2015, no
munic{\'{\i}}pio de Ulian{\'o}polis. Foram utilizados dados de
LTA disponibilizados pelo SINAN, imagem de sat{\'e}lite, dados de
Uso e Cobertura do Solo do INPE e bases cartogr{\'a}ficas do
IBGE, sendo interrelacionados para gerar as express{\~o}es
visuais. Os resultados mostram que a incid{\^e}ncia n{\~a}o foi
homog{\^e}nea, mas ocorrendo em todo o munic{\'{\i}}pio. A
an{\'a}lise do uso e cobertura da terra mostrou
condi{\c{c}}{\~o}es favor{\'a}veis e sugeriu
adapta{\c{c}}{\~a}o do transmissor em {\'a}reas n{\~a}o
silvestres, os casos apresentaram preval{\^e}ncia da classe de
Pastagem com adjac{\^e}ncia {\`a} de Vegeta{\c{c}}{\~a}o
Secundaria e Vegeta{\c{c}}{\~a}o Prim{\'a}ria. Por ter elevados
registros e condicionantes favor{\'a}veis, a mesma necessita de
aten{\c{c}}{\~a}o da Vigil{\^a}ncia epidemiol{\'o}gica.
ABSTRACT: The municipality of Ulian{\'o}polis-PA, presents a high
incidence of cases of American Cutaneous Leishmaniasis (ATL),
being transmitted by vectors and conditioned by favorable
environmental conditions. The objective of this study is to
analyze the use and coverage of soil and the transmission of LTA,
in the period from 2010 to 2015, in the municipality of
Ulian{\'o}polis. LTA data provided by SINAN, satellite image,
INPE Soil Use and Coverage data and IBGE cartographic bases were
used, being interrelated to generate the visual expressions. The
results show that the incidence was not homogeneous, but occurred
throughout the city. The analysis of the land use and cover showed
favorable conditions and suggested adaptation of the transmitter
in non-wild areas, the cases presented prevalence of the Pasture
class with adjacency to the Secondary Vegetation and Primary
Vegetation. Because it has favorable records and favorable
conditions, it requires the attention of epidemiological
surveillance.",
